This booklet had no cover.  It is not dated but many of the pages are and it seems to have been produced in 1981 when Mr. G. E. Golden was the President.

I think the intension of this publication was either to use in a presentation to the Exxon head office outlining the Lago operation or as a booklet for manages to understand the Organization, History and Operations of Lago as well as the local government.
