ARUBA COOKBOOKS
There are now two cookbooks on the web site.  Both were produced by ladies in the Colony.  The oldest, probably produced during the war, came from Fay (Cross) Keene and the other, produced in 1960, came from Mary B. Spitzer.  The oldest cookbook was not dated and consisted of mimeographed sheet of paper in a three ring binder and there was no date.  There were over 100 pages in this cookbook. The other cookbook, produced in 1980, was bound and dated.
