CLICK HERE TO READ A PRESS RELEASE ISSUED BY DUFI KOCK, PRESIDENT OF THE ORANJESTAD PROPELLER COMMITTEE THANKING ALL THOSE WO ATTENDED, DONATED TIME AND EFFORT AND MADE THIS ALL POSSIBLE.
Below are close-ups of the bulletin boards.
The anchor will be lifted by the boat lift at the marina.  The divers have attached a harness from the strap on the boat lift to the anchor.  The Aruba Coast Guard can be seen in back of the divers ready to offer assistance.
The crowd stands on each side of the lift to watch the anchor emerge from the water.
The lift begins, the harness can be seen but the anchor has yet to emerge from the water.
Now the top of the anchor can be seen.  Dick and Toine in the water watching as the anchor is lifted.  Note the lift operator at the controls.
Another view of the crowd as they watch the lift.
The anchor further out of the water.
Now the anchor is almost completely out of the water.
The anchor is now completely out of the water, as can be seen by comparison to the surrounding equipment this is a very large anchor.
A cropped view of the anchor, some research will have to be done to determine what type of anchor this is and from what period it came from.  It is not like any anchor I have ever seen.
Another cropped view of the bottom of the anchor, does anyone viewing this know about the purpose of the strange makeup of the bottom.

Toine; 9-year old Delano (who also participated with his dad, Dick, in the
